Pancake day is finally here again, and to celebrate I have something very exciting for you. Last week I created an exclusive lemon, lavender and almond pancake recipe for the lovely people over at Ragged Rose. I’d never really cooked with flowers before and was initially worried about the lavender being over-powering, but if I say so myself I’ve got the balance just right. The lavender adds a sweet, floral hint to the sharp lemon and creamy almonds, and all together it creates a delicious and unusual brunch. You can find the recipe here.
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, Ragged Rose have also given me a beautiful apron and oven glove (pictured below) for one of you to win!
