I’m Bryony, a northern country girl living in London, and a lover of food, books, cats, video games and green places.

I’ve been vegetarian since the age of seven, and have loved baking since I was old enough to hold a spoon. I started dabbling with veganism in 2015, and now follow a fully plant-based diet. I’m currently taking some time out of my job writing for Tesco Magazine to study for a Diploma of Plant-Based Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu, which I’m thoroughly enjoying!

I live with my partner Josh and our two cats, Elora and Fia, and experiment in the kitchen as much as I can. This site is a documentation of those culinary adventures, with recipes, thoughts and experiences.
